The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to offer recommendations without being pushy. I really appreciate how welcoming and respectful the customer service is—shopping here feels like supporting a local business that truly cares about its community. Listen… this beauty supply understood the assignment. They got EVERYTHING. Need a fresh wig? Boom. Braids, twists, bouncy bundles? Say less. Edgers and clippers for the fellas trying to keep that lineup crispy? Yup. Shampoo, grease, all the essentials? Of course. And when I say they have something for everybody, I mean EVERYBODY. Scrubs for the medical baddies, uniforms for the babies, socks, shoes — I wouldn’t have been surprised if they started selling groceries too. 😂 The customer service? Top tier. They treat you like family and don’t rush you while you’re standing there debating between “midnight black” and “natural black” for 20 minutes. The deals are chef’s kiss. The perfumes smell GOOD-good, and they even have Dove body wash stocked up like they knew I was coming. 10/10. Wallet
