Update 6/4/24: Nicoline blocked me instead of attempting to resolve my complaints about the hair. It is very unprofessional and she does not care about customers. She is only worried about money. Do not go here if you want to be treated well and respected for your time and money! I got smedium boho knotless braids yesterday 5/31/24 and they look good from far away! The human hair boho pieces are knotty and tangled already and the curly pieces were not braided in well, so they are unraveling in the braid. It looks like a knot is coming undone in the middle of the braid where the curly pieces are. There are also stray pieces of hair and cut curly pieces all over that make it look messy. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! my girl got me in within 30 minutes on a Friday night in a SNOWSTORM! Had my hair laid and ready to go in 2 hours for my last minute trip the next day. Im already getting so many compliments and she was so sweet and funny. Also the location is so chill and quiet for people who don’t like crowds. It’s a small office suite salon so it’s not overcrowded and very clean and comfy. I will definitely be back ❤️
