Susan's Nails & Spa

I went with my bestfriend for her birthday and we had a great experience. It was very clean and the people were so friendly. Pedicure sanitation is really important to me; and they did everything correctly. I was very impressed. 100% will be back for all future nail services. I highly recommend them.

Sandy is wonderful! She takes her time and really makes sure you're happy. Her work is really amazing! I told her I have a pumpkin themed baby shower coming up and she did the cutest subtle pumpkin nails. She hasn't steered me wrong yet!

I had my first visit on Saturday 12/13 and felt very welcomed. After I left, I wasn’t sure how I felt on how my nails looked, they were too long (my fault) and just didn’t look right. I messaged on Monday 12/15 and was immediately offered same day to come in, which I could not do. We found a day/time and I was paired with Sandy this time and I will say I am very happy, she even did a snowflake design!! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Will definitely be back!

I visited Susan's Nails yesterday for the second time. The first time was on December 26 when I had a pedicure. On this second visit I was greeted by Huang, the owner. No, Susan is not the owner. I was impressed that she remembered my name. Much like the first visit, the salon was full and had the best vibe. The staff is all happy as are the customers. Kelly ws my nail technician for my dip. When she soaked off my current dip she placed my hands in plastic gloves which helped keep the foil and cotton on my fingers while the product soaked off. Then a hot towel was placed over my hands while the processed. This was new and I loved it. Kelly took her time, cleaned my cuticles and made sure everything was even. I appreciated her time. Probably one of the best places. The vibe in Susan nails is all you could ever ask for when you go into a nail salon.. welcoming, great performance, and just overall a amazing nail salon. Hong especially, she will crack you up and make you wanna come back. Forever a fan of Susan's nail and my nail tech Jayda.
