My mother asked for a trim they didn’t even section or cut her hair not even wet it they put her hair in a pony tail and chopped her hair off don’t ever go to this place they probably have fake certificates on top of it had a horrible attitude

Susie’s salon is amazing! The staff are all so kind and remember their clientele. I asked for highlights and a haircut and I couldn’t be happier! The hair color was exactly how I wanted it - she recreated the same photo I showed. The haircut was also perfect - I got a trim and I swear it makes my hair look longer! it was a terrible experience. The staff was unprofessional, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the service was worse than disappointing. Honestly, this is the worst place a person could accidentally find themselves in the entire Bay Ridge area. Stay away.”
