What a Nightmare!! I read old and new reviews and wanted to give it a try. I thought the lady was going to draw the eyebrow or at least asked me about my preference Thin, Medium or Thick. Pictures do not make justice of what I’m and family seeing ! If I could give her a “0” I would. The owner, should be supervising the employee’s work before client walks away with thick uneven eyebrows. Do Not Recommend

I’ve been coming here for three years and have always loved the service and always tip. Yesterday there was an issue with the card processor, and my phone had died, so I asked to pay in advance to avoid any problems after my appointment. My husband sent the payment via Zelle for the service. When I told the employee I had already paid, she asked me to go to my car to get proof on my phone, which I did. After showing her, she said, “Oh, you didn’t tip, that’s fine,” in a very rude tone. It felt like a humiliation tactic because she looked at my phone and her screen and had already been able to see that I paid the service fee, why make me go back to the car? I want to be clear that I fully intended to tip, just after the service was completed as is NORMAL with tipping. I was disappointed

I wanted to get an eyelash lift before my vacation. Found this place via google. They were conveniently located and the prices were a lot lower than other places I looked at. Being a first time customer here, I did a lift with a tint and I was impressed with the results. Now let’s see how long they last for me.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I stopped by last minute without a reservation, and Mani was kind enough to take me right away. She was quick, efficient, and incredibly gentle—honestly the most painless threading I’ve ever had. My eyebrows came out beautifully shaped and clean. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Mani is great. My eyebrows came out perfect. She is patient and takes her time to perfect my brows. I lost my brows during my chemo treatment and she has helped regain my brown shape again.
