Brought my daughter here after a bad haircut experience. We picked Amanda. She was so welcoming and sweet. Talked us through everything, going off of a photo I sent she did the most amazing job! 5/5 stars!! Perfect cut! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. My kid is so happy! Such a wholesome, loving salon. Had the pleasure of working with miss Carson, she was such an angel. So sweet & kind to chit chat with, easy going, we had lots of fun laughs and fun stories to chat about. The other ladies in the salon were so kind and welcoming as well. So easy going, easy to get in contact with, and very very reasonable prices!! 100% recommended this salon.

Stephanie hooked up my son with a curly cut after not being able to find a local stylist willing to work with his shoulder-length (unstretched), mega-curly & dense 3b hair for years. He was very happy with the cut, experience & conversation and was immediately complimented by the next 2 people who saw him after we left. I definitely recommend; especially because their "typical" price-points were respected, even with a texture that's considered challenging by many stylists... and especially with the attentiveness that his desired outcome was treated with. LGBTQIA friendly.

Carson is a must-see! I've drove to GR and to Kzoo for her services. If she's within an hour , I'll make the hike! She's very cool, down to earth and Hella knowledgeable. I'm 💯 confident in sitting in her chair and saying... "do what you want" 💕

I came into this salon for the first time and asked for a root touch up and haircut. I don’t have a lot of hair - it’s pretty short and thin, so I didn’t think it was a big deal. However, it took 3 hours to apply the bleach to JUST my roots. I’m not kidding. My appointment was at 9 am and they stopped the bleaching at 12:15 pm. Before they applied the bleach, we went over what tone of blonde I wanted. I told them I wanted a neutral blonde (not too yellow, but not too grey/white). I came out of the salon with GREY hair. Ridiculous. Also, the haircut itself took about an hour, making my time there last a little over 5 hours. I did not walk out of the salon until 2 pm. My appointment should have taken 2.5 hours max.
