I love to be there to have my nails and feet done with Helen. She always does a beautiful job! She took time and never in rush with her customers. As a picky person, I care about the details of how does my nails look about the shape and designs. But I cannot complaint anything about this. Love her 🥰

I got a full set with French tips, floral design, and clear chrome on top. They were for a trip and turned out beautifully! I can be rough with my nails but these lasted up to four weeks for me until I decided to take them off to rest my nails. The nail tech was nice and attentive, making sure I was satisfied with the shape and length first before going further.

I’ve been coming here for years and always liked this salon because of the large variety of chromes. Today, I had my nails done by Yvonne and chose a simple baby pink chrome and I was going to add French tips. The first problem was that the acrylic was extremely thick. Then, when she applied the color, it came out as a neon pink instead of the soft baby pink I asked for. I hoped the chrome would tone it down, but it didn’t. When I politely told her I didn’t like the color and wanted something lighter, she told me it was too late to change it and insisted it was the shade I picked. She repeatedly called me “picky” for wanting to change it and said it would be an extra $20 to fix it. I have never had this issue at any other salon. Most are more helpful if you aren’t happy with the results.

I’ve been to Sweet Nail Escape Lounge three times now. My first visit back in December 2024 was honestly a horrible experience — so bad that I didn’t think I’d ever return. But my sister convinced me to give them another chance in September (2025), and I’m glad I did because Vivian completely changed my mind. She was patient, detail-oriented, and did an amazing job on my nails. Fast forward to Monday afternoon (October 20, 2025) — I came back and asked for Vivian again. Unfortunately, she had just started with another client (understandable since I didn’t have an appointment), so I was paired with Ruby instead.
