I discovered this location after relocating from Houston, Texas, and it has been extremely convenient due to its proximity to my home. Overall, I have had a positive experience with this company; however, I would like to share two concerns for consideration. First, I believe there may be an opportunity for additional coaching or guidance around customer service. I am a regular client and typically schedule my services with Rayly, who is consistently professional, gentle, and exceptional in her care. On one occasion when Rayly was unavailable, I was serviced by another esthetician, who I later learned was the owner’s mother. I have been going to sweet honey Brazilian wax for about 3+ years, I’ve seen several different people and all have done an amazing job. Always friendly and quality service. Even after moving homes, I still choose to drive 40+ minutes to one of their locations because I have not found a place that compares to their quality of service.

I get my eyebrows threaded here and Luzia is amazing! She's very nice and great at what she does. I love my eyebrows each time she does them and I get so many compliments from them. The place also is very nice and the receptionist is kind as well! Overall, a great atmosphere and experience!!
