Sweet Memory Nail Spa

I am honestly very disappointed in the service i received last Saturday. I went in and show the a design and they said they could do it, unfortunately however by them time the nails were almost done I did not like them and politely asked if could chafe for cat eye instead. My nail tech mai then became very hostile and intimidating towards me. She kept saying that I was too picky and that she would have to charge extra to take of the nails she did and extra for the cat eye. The manager was very nice however and did let me know that there would be no extra charge. When I went to go pick out my new color I asked for a dark teal and Mai said that it would need a black base and I asked if that meant she could not do it to which she responded with a loud scoff and eye roll. The salon itself is very stylish and spacious—definitely a nice-looking place. When you arrive, you explain what you want at the reception, but we found that we had to repeat our request a few times, so there seems to be some room for improvement in communication at the front desk. That said, once you’re with the technicians, they clearly know what they’re doing. The service itself was well done and professional.

I came here to say stay away from this place because of their dishonest pricing and I see many others have had the same problem. I hate being pressured to get shellac. The manager was like a dog chasing a bone. She repeatedly pushed me and my daughter to get shellac even though I told her I did not want it. My daughter asked if she could get it so, I gave in only after the manager said shellac and regular polish were both the same price: $55. I was reluctant because I felt she was lying. I’ve been doing this for years and no place I’ve ever been to charges the same for regular polish and shellac. Unfortunately, I did not follow my gut and I took her at her word. So I gave in and we both got shellac. I did regular powder full set. No designs. My daughter did a powder full set with French

Ana and Phillip were great! The inside was GORGEOUS. PERFECT space for bridal party or birthday party ect. Everyone is so nice and genuine as well the quality of everything is perfect. Cute Halloween set! Editing this almost 2 months later and 3rd fill and each time is the same experience! French tip shows before and after 4 weeks, no lifting in my case. Thank you to Jackie who did my Christmas set! Everyone is so nice, everything is so clean. I have yet to get a pedicure here but EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE every time I come pretty much pass out from being so relaxed that’s my next service! Right next to target it’s so worth it!

I’ve been coming to Sweet Memory nails for a long time. They are always very professional and do an excellent job. It’s always very relaxing and my nails and toes look fantastic. I highly recommend.
