Sweet Nails & Spa

My friend and I went to Sweet Nails and were very disappointed in the service and pricing. We were told by one worker that gel nails were $25 and then were charge $45 for gel nails with polka dots! The workers did not give my friend what she asked for. She asked for a silver star SEVERAL times and the workers did a white star. Which we were fine with until we were told that it was $10 extra dollars for a design. They have a very clean and nice facility but I would not recommend going here.

Me and my mom went yesterday. We both got our toes and nails done. The two women doing our toes were completely rude. At one point laughing and talking about us. My mom asked for a water twice before she was acknowledged. The women brought back a OPEN water and tried to hand it to my mother, and then took it back abruptly giggling and laughing with the other women. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Both women were very aggressive with our feet and legs as well. I saw the women yank my mom’s leg and kind of throw it down on the little leg holder thing. The women who did our fingernails were a lot nicer and more professional. The women doing my fingernails was very erratic and seemed not put together. They did not even have duck nails! I love this nail salon. Husband and I have been going here for a while now and are always taken good care of. The shop is always clean and tidy and I love the attention to detail in the pedicures and manicures.

I tried to do the right thing and give them a chance to mix what they messed up. And they charged me 20$ for them to fix their mistake. I wanted matt black too red ombre (inspo picture in photos) they started doing matt put a gloss over it. Then when I asked if it was going to be matt they just put a matt layer over the gloss. I let go of the fact the polish looked nothing like the inspo picture. Then two days after having them done they started chipping. Pictures go in order from inspo, what I got, the chipping, then what they did today to fix it that they charged me for. It was the first and second time I've done to this salon and I will not be back
