Horrible experience. In my opinion, my hair was highlighted a much lighter blonde than I desired. I expressed to the stylist that my hair was too blonde after she dried it. I waited for a response to my text on Friday for a new appointment for a toner, but there was no follow-up. I paid another salon to get my hair toned down to a darker shade on Monday.

Nora has been my stylist for almost 10 years. I would never dream of going to anyone else. She is such a sweet person and I feel gorgeous every visit. The salon is beautiful and so is Nora!! I highly recommend her to anyone! My family and many of my neighbors are now going to Sweet Nora’s as well. A++++
