If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Sweetheart Studio does not disappoint. Megan is AMAZING and makes my hair look perfect every single time. She really listens to what I want and helps me make the best choice based on how I maintain my hair day-to-day. The scalp massage is such a treat, the products are top quality, and the service is always next level. She’s 100% someone you can trust with your hair. Megan is a talented colorist. She’s so easy to talk to and truly cares about her clients, which makes the whole time I’m there so enjoyable!

I saw both Jules (cut) and Megan (color) for my first real curly cut and toner. I wanted to be able to wear my hair both naturally curly and blown out and Jules did an amazing job giving my curly hair a shape that can work both and gave me tips for styling that work great. Megan got exactly the right shade for me and gave me great counsel on what type was right to cover some very grown out highlights. Also, they're just both a delight - so fun and friendly and welcoming.

Jules is the best!! I have a very thick and straight hair and always found it difficult to get the right haircut if i want a more drastic change. Well, Jules absolutely nailed it and was so sweet to teach me some tips and answer all my questions! It was so good that my daughter wanted to get the same haircut and we went back the same week! You won’t regret getting a haircut from Jules!

Jules is a magician. And an angel. And angel magician, if you will. I found her spontaneously on Facebook and had botched bangs from another stylist I had been living with. I decided to give Jules a try to see if she could help me fix them. I’m so glad I trusted her. I feel better than I have in months with this new haircut. I can’t believe how she managed to salvage them! She’s incredible and I won’t go anywhere else!!

The absolute best. Vibes are immaculate. Hair is exactly what I ask for every single time. Have moved away from Charlotte and continue coming back to see Megan even after leaving because she’s just that good.
