My experience at Swoon was a mix of good and disappointing. I booked a blonding appointment with Cara, and we communicated in detail what my goals were over text. I’d been growing out my damaged hair for over two years and finally had fresh, healthy hair that could handle color. During the appointment, we went over budget and she offered a slightly cheaper option, an all-over highlight, and I was assured it would still achieve a “dirty blonde” look. I accepted because I had wanted a natural blonde color anyway, and my budget was tight. I've been seeing Chelsey for a few months now and absolutely adore her. She listens and really gives me feedback that helps me make decisions when it comes to my hair. She's so knowledgeable and there's never been a question she couldn't answer! Anything from coloring to products. She's an angel and she's helped me take good care of my hair. That being said, everyone here seems so sweet and are obviously very good at what they do. I highly recommend Swoon if you're looking for a new hair stylist.

Swoon is the absolute best place in WNY for cuts and color. Every stylist is up on their game, know how to execute the different cuts I ask for, AND they are so, so, so kind. Each appointment is a gift to myself. I always feel energized and gorgeous when I leave. Legit every single person there has cut my hair and I’d recommend them all!

Swoon is a great salon. Cara is amazing, and I’m so happy to be a client of hers. I have never left disappointed. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid back. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Swoon is just incredible, between the lovely service, the talented stylists, and how ADORABLE it is inside. Everyone couldn’t be nicer.
