I enjoyed my massage. But I paid for full body and only my back was done…. After that I offered to tip and the ladies tried to press me for an extra 5 bucks which I refused. And then they proceeded to charge me 16.50 saying that the machine was charging me an extra dollar. What a joke…. Never going back there again!

Similar experiences as the other 1 Star reviews. Pressured to pay and tip before having any services done. Very unprofessional. $60 for a 30 min foot massage. Disappointed with service and Will not be returning to this spot.

This place was really sketchy and unprofessional. My first and last experience here the massage therapist interrupted my massage multiple times to greet the front door , often times leaving the door slightly ajar and left me exposed as a female . Furthermore , the most awkward thing was near the end when I paid and add appropriate tip , both massage therapists pressured me to add more money to the final bill for service despite disappointment initially . I do not recommend this place . There are 2-3 massage places within a few blocks away that I’m willing to walk to despite this place being close next door . I urge future customers to not spend their money here and find other places that are professional towards their clients and respectful of the time you’re paying for .

I didn’t have a good experience with this place. The first and last time I tried to get a massage I called first and spoke with them and made an appt to come in and upon arrival they refused service or reported they didn’t offer the basic services they reported they did. The pricing or info wasn’t transparent online and when I asked to see a brochure or take a photo of the pricing and services posted so I could perhaps return another day they wouldn’t allow photo of pricing and had no printed copy .I left without service or options and generally not feeling good about the encounter. I’m not exactly sure what this was about — I can’t quite put my finger on whether is shady practices, simply poor business etiquette, discriminatory practices, or a simple misunderstanding or cultural miss.
