TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had my everybrows done with tint and a face wax with Jenny one of the service providers. I felt like my service was very rushed. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable, laughed while I was in pain and kept asking me very personal questions like how much I paid for my services elsewhere. Even called me STUPID when she didn’t agree about the price I paid for a service that I choose to do… I wish I ended the service then if I knew how it would end up turning out. She completely BOTCHED my eyebrows and inflicted unnecessary pain while waxing my face to the point she was laughing while seeing me physically in pain. I have been getting SNS powder manicures for a long time. This is by far the worst. The service in the salon was good but the actual manicure started chipping within 3 days. Not just the polish but my nails were breaking as well. Never have I had this experience from another salon. I would not go back and caution others. If one makes an appointment for a specific type of manicure one should get someone who knows how to do it. Not all manicures are the same.

I have got mani pedi over here. They were amazing. The staff knew what she was doing. Didn’t seem to rush the process which was nice. Pedicure was perfectly done They even did a quick spa. It was all comfy and clean.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM, right when the salon was supposed to open. By 9:40, I was still standing outside with the lights off, gate closed, and nobody inside. I booked the first appointment of the day because I’m traveling out of town today and needed to get in early—that’s the whole reason I made an appointment at opening time. It’s incredibly rude and unprofessional for a business to not open when their posted hours say they will, both on their sign and their website. If you can’t honor your own hours, customers should at least be notified. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend relying on them if you’re on a schedule.
