The 2 stars are for the customer service. This was a crazy experience. The customer service was great. However, NO ONE in the establishment spoke English. Remember this. I called over the phone before I went to get the prices for a fill or a new set. I was told $40 for fill, and $55 for new set. It wasn’t much of a difference, so when I got there I told them do the new set. I had 4 nails from the previous set I was removing, so they had to soak them off because they were still on. I asked for the pedicure as well, and they gave me a price list for the pedicure. I chose the one for $55 which includes paraffin wax and hot stone massage. (Waste of money, it does the exact same thing as their regular pedicure). In any case, my toes are horrible. As you will see in the pictures. What kind of

I've been going to Roxy for 3 years now. She is amazing. She can do any design I find or think of. I even booked my wedding nail appointment when I got engaged. It's always a great time!
