If I could give no stars I would... The old Hag. Shaved my damn eyebrow offf. Then tried to tell me it was thin.. But I had two bushy lashes when I walked in... That's why it won't nobody in there at 1 pm

The service it self was not the worst experience in the world, however clearly the tools are not fresh, she used all the same size tips on my nails. she gave me more of a rounded square when that’s not what I asked for the French tip on both nails and toes was again not the worst but however I’ve had better but the icing on the cake, I still tipped 5$ on the card but about 1 or 2 days later my card was charged an extra 5$ (making the tip 10$) they were not super professional as it was a whole argument with another customer going on. Will not be returning!

I love Mrs Lee she the only person in Richmond who can do my pedicure correctly without making me bleed! 20+year customer!

Been going here since I was a teenager it's definitely not for the faint of heart but if you pick the right person your nails can come out great

This nail shop is bogus and they're nasty and rude. I rather pay high prices for good quality nails. They don't know how to do nails the man in the shop did mine poor quality shape off gel polish got the nails looking lumpy. I'm going back to Pro Nails where the service is great with great quality work.
