On June 24, I asked for cluster lashes that were natural looking and showed a picture of what I wanted. The technician, Mimi (I believe) put a substance from the pedicure station in a Cutex nail polish remover jar. Initially, I didn’t think anything of it until I saw her dipping the tweezers that she was using on my eyelashes in the container. My eyes were partially closed during the lash installation and at the end my eyes were watering. I asked her what the substance was that she was using and she told me it was acetone. I was very surprised and explained, “you’re not supposed to use acetone near anyone’s eyes”. That’s unsanitary & can cause a reaction! The use of acetone on my hands is strong enough to make my skin dry and peel, so I know it can’t be used on eyes. She told me that she d

Ever since the young lady in the front left this place has been horrible! first let’s start back to in may to get a pedicure and the acrylic broke my entire toe nail off. I called to let Mimi know that I wouldn’t be coming back because i would have to wait until my toe nail grew back, even though I couldn’t get pedicures I would still go to get my eyebrows done. I called on June 14 to get my eyebrows done for my birthday Mimi told me to come in 15 mins. I arrive Mimi then told me she could no longer service me and do my eyebrows because 2 clients who came to get services which cost more than eyebrows , she would have to service them instead of me. That experience left me with bad taste & I was very disappointed. I left and didn’t return as that was very horrible customer, I told myself I w

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for the past 4 years, and it just keeps getting better! Now, I have to keep my nail tech a secret trust me, she’s that amazing! But let’s be honest, she’s already super busy, and if everyone knew, I’d never be able to book an appointment! 😂 That said, the entire staff is fantastic. Everyone is friendly, professional, and talented. The salon is always spotless, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s the perfect spot to relax and get pampered. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service, and the location is super convenient. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, my experience here has been top notch from day one. If you’re looking for a great nail salon, I highly recommend this place (just maybe not my tech, because I still need my ap

This is a case of What I asked for Vs. what I got. Unfortunately, the ambiance, service, and quality DO NOT match the price! They charged me $80 for this gel full set alone. I spent $180 total; $20 short of $200 and did not leave a satisfied customer. I have no problem paying the higher end for a great service/quality, but that's not what I received. When asked to re-do my nails to my liking to feel comfortable paying set price, I was constantly reminded they couldn't do it exactly, that the price is set, and she wasn't really good with designs. Not willing to fix the mistakes or accommodate in changing the price to match their service. When I asked for a manager I was ignored. Which led me to let others know, SAVE YOUR MONEY!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!! A classic pedicure is $50. N

I’ve been coming here for about 2 1/2 years. In the beginning I didn’t make appts and saw quite a few different nail techs as I had just moved to beltsville from Bethesda. For the past 20 months or so I’ve been going to Lin. She’s great and always takes her time and I’m not picky so I also like her ideas on designs/colors and is always patient in letting me see what powder color looks like since the containers aren’t always how they look. I typically do dip powder and depending the color i want I may do gel on top of the clear dip. when I’ve broken a nail, I’ll do a tip on just that finger but otherwise it’s my natural nail length. They typically last about 4 and as long as 5 weeks. When I’ve had an issue they fixed within their timeframe without charging and when I closed my hand in a doo
