The Lady rushed to do my nails. She didnt even make sure they were all the same size. She had to soak 1 nail off because how crocked it was. An the 2 index fingers were not on straight. She left particles on the nails an painted over it. She got gel polish all over my cuticle an tried to rush me out the chair as if I wasnt going to see it. Even after telling the GM I wasnt satisifed i just wanted the gel off he told her an she couldnt even get it off. She hurt me trying to cut the cuticle more than what it shoulf have been. I do not recommend an I will not be returning.

Gone here off and on for years. Always had good service, but recently started using Mrs. Kim for my nails and toes and let me tell you she does not disappoint! She doesn't mind you voicing your opinion or changing your mind mid set 😅 very friendly and always makes sure you're 110% satisfied before you leave. Definitely recommend booking her if you haven't already .

That was the shortest pedicure i’ve ever had no massage or anything and it was (deluxe). I asked for a french tip which is like the easiest thing to do and i have paint smeared up my fingernail and on another nail it’s going off the line. don’t waste your money. The reason i don’t ask for them to fix them anymore is because they get mad if you say anything. I just left and this is what they look like. Good job!

Nails not done right. They charged me 70 dollars for French nails with glitter 😐 charged me 40 for eyelash extensions. They lady said "I give you big lashes" because I had stripped lashes on with eyeliner. I said okay and she pointed at the board that shows a before and after so I thought she was gonna give me that type of results. Mind you I'm 16 with my first pay check and I was happy to get dolled up today. She told me to open my eyes and look down. Gave me 2 thick a^$ layers. I started tearing up and I SWEAR TO GOD SHE USED NAIL GLUE. WHICH I CAN SUE FOR. LASH EXTENSIONS ARE A NO GO AND NAILS WERE DONE ROUGHLY.
