I came here for the first time and had Julie who was more than exceptional! I came in wanting a dip and she educated me on the difference between that and a full set which helped me decide what I really wanted. She was very professional, friendly, and informative

The owner was incredibly kind and was able to fit me in for a last-minute appointment. As soon as you walk in, the salon smells amazing and has such a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. She did my nails beautifully, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The prices are definitely on the more affordable end as well. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What intrigued me most about T Nails was the proximity, the impressive and extensive reviews and the discounted pedicure. I came in and was greeted by Julia who was the first station next to the receptionist desk. She told me to enter my contact information to the kiosk and to pick the color I wanted. My daughters waited with me. Which wasn’t long at all, Julia invited me to her station and immediately asked about the length, shape and color I wanted. She was friendly and very polite. She worked very quickly compared to previous experiences that I’ve had a different salons, but her accuracy is incredible. She was attentive to me along with her other clients. Update 3/3: Julie reached out and offered to make it right. Because I was only in town briefly we mutually decided on a refund instead of redoing everything. I appreciate the personal outreach and Julie was very apologetic + acknowledged all my issues, so updating my review to 4 stars. I came because of the great reviews and my visit missed the mark entirely. My visit took 2 hours for a gel mani and regular pedi which is within the normal range…but it was such a shoddy job. My “cat eye” mani is just glitter nail polish. No magnet or layering to give it that sophisticated look. I’m here for a conference and it’s disappointing that I’m showing up with glitter nails like I’m in 9th grade. The technician also didn’t ask me what shape I wanted. Julie did such a wonderful job❤️ I gave her a complicated nail design but she made the best of it. Also I got a pedicure for the first time in my life, so lovely, enjoyed every minute of it.☺️✨
