T & T Nails and Spa

I’m blown away by my experience at T & T nails. The owner and her daughter provide excellent customer service. They are attentive, detailed, and take the time to build a relationship and rapport with their clients. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they exceeded expectations. Not only that, but we’re here an hour after closing still working on me - I’m the only one here and they aren’t rushing at all. I am a forever customer! 10 out of 10. Give them a chance, you won’t regret it!

I can’t say enough about T & T nails! I’ve been going here for years and I have never been unhappy. I typically get my nails done by Sarah, but I have had the pleasure of getting my nails done with every tech at one point or another. My daughter lives in Auburn and chooses to drive back to Prattville to come here!! The staff is very, very friendly and accommodating. At this point, they feel like family. My nails have never looked better and the pedicures are WONDERFUL! The facility is always clean! You can’t go wrong with T&T nails!

I really have a hard time leaving time leaving this review. I have very strong convictions about saying negative things online, and this is the first bad review I’ve ever written. If I have a bad experience, I just take my money somewhere else, but I am so frustrated with my last 4 experiences with this place, that I had to change my initial 5 star review from 5 months ago. There is a young lady who works here who speaks very good English. She is the one in charge of most the waxing. I have been gypped of my money every time I have been into this business. I frequently go into this place to get my lip and chin waxed. I have never gotten more than my lip and chin waxed. The first time, she charged me $15. The second time, she charged me $20. The third time, she charged me $30 and humiliate

I went in to get a full set/French tips. To walk out with this (see photo) I am not new to getting my nails done. Nor was getting the service I requested and unfortunately paid for. The woman who did them MUST be new to doing nails… having her represent T N T is a HUGE mistake on their part. She lacks skill and basic knowledge. PLAIN AND SIMPLY PUT, MY NAILS ARE UGLY!!! She tried to argue with me that my nail bed is why they look this way… absolutely NOT. She cut my actual nails. Before applying the tips (after I told her not to). She doesn’t know how to do nails and shouldn’t be allowed to PLAY on people hands. I do NOT recommend this place at all!

I have been going to T and T nails for a while now and I’m never disappointed. I get so many compliments on the designs that they do. I have a great experience every time and I think their prices are very reasonable. I usually don’t have to wait unless I go during their busiest time which is typically mid day on Saturday but even then they work hard to get to every client in a timely manner. The staff is always so friendly and helpful so I get exactly what I’m looking for.
