T2 Nails & Wax

I was a regular customer. But yesterday, I was really upset. I showed them a picture saying I wanted an ombre done. They didn't know how to, I was already there for an hour. So while the lady next to her tries to help her, then I realized they both didnt know what they wefe doing. At this point I said just add a black tip, since I was already not happy and was not teying to stay another hoir for them to figure it out. As she finishes it up. I go to the cashier to check out. Then the lady tells me its total $56, I asked will i get a discount, she said what for? I responded because i didnt get what I asked for. As i look at my nails the tip starts to peal, I show her and she dat me back down and fixed a few more tips. As she is fixing them, she tells me $51, because its $15 for the black tip

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and professional, and the salon was clean and relaxing. My nails turned out beautiful and exactly how I wanted. Highly recommend this place

This is the first time I came here to do my nails while traveling here. And I am really satisfied with my nails. Everyone here is very nice. I think I will come here again if I have the chance.

I'm so sad to leave this review - but I feel I have to warn anyone else who might care about hygiene. I have been going here a few times a year for a few years now and have always had a decent experience until recently. The staff are really kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, this last time, they clearly didn't sanitize their tools and I ended up with a cellulitis infection in the base of my toe that was so bad I had to go to the emergency room. They are really kind and do a fine job, but their cleanliness standards are not up to par and unfortunately, I won't be going back. The attached photo is of the terrible infection I had in my toe (not an ingrown toenail). For me... Their lower prices are not worth the hundreds spent at the ER and the pain of going through this. This is my second year time coming here, and both times my nails turned out amazing! I wish I had taken a picture for the first set because they were fire! They looked like pearls for my cousins wedding. This time they look just as good! The picture doesn’t do it justic!
