T&A Serendipity Nail Salon

Horrible work. I really didn’t want to make a negative review bc I believe things happen and they can be corrected, but even after tina tried to “fix” my nails, it still turned yellow/gray and peeled and chipped ANDDDDD 2 nails broke!!! My nails have not broken for over 5 years with any other nail tech no matter what I chose the quality of her products is below 0 .. on top of that, I got an infection on the side of my nail that’s been hurting for over a month. I would stay far far away .. see pics for reference

I’m not sure why this place is so underrated. I got cat-eye nails, and Kim did an amazing job. Other salons charge way more and don’t even come close to the quality of his work. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails and will definitely be coming back.

Clearly language barrier, or they just make an extra appointmets on tops of yours! And being very rude about it, on top trying to make you look like a fool!!! Messed up my whole entire day today, besides horrible manicure, except 2 girls who really does their job and deserve a tip!!! DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!

it hasn’t even been a week 3 nails are broken, my nails have lumps on them, they charged me 15$ extra for 3 nails that they broke themselves, called and they refused to fix it said “its a you problem” unprofessional don't recommended.
