I was so excited to try this nail salon for the first time because the review rate was great, but my experience was the worst I had ever experienced. I got my nails done on a Wednesday and by Friday my clear polish was peeling and my nail chipped. The whole time the male nail tech was doing my nails he was constantly looking down at his phone while he was drilling on my nails which made me so uncomfortable because he nicked my cuticles. I also had a pedicure completed by female tech which was horrible! When she was using the nail file to shape my nails she was dragging the file on side of my toes and not even touching my nails which cut me multiple times. I've been debating about writing this review for a few weeks now. I went in on a Wednesday. Technician was way more interested in their phone. Constantly looking down or walking away looking at her phone. The atmosphere was quite. No music or TV on. I came in at 5 pm and their website notes they close at 7. I got a basic manicure and she tried to send me on my way with wet nails. So I messed 2 nails up before I left. She fixed them, but I had to ask if I could sit under the dryer longer. Not sure how I could have gotten my coat on and myself home with wet nails. Not sure why they don't use a drying spray? Also, a break room would be useful. Another technician took their shoes off and propped themselves up like they were in a recliner on a pedicure chair and watched something on their phon

I have been getting my nails done there for a few months now and everytime I am in love with what they do! The service is amazing and my nails look perfect every time! I love that I finally found a good nail salon so close to my house, but even if I moved, I'd still come back here!

Lily is a wonderful owner and nail tech. The salon is clean and the tools are properly sanitized or sterilized for each guest. The prices are average for the area. Ive had nearly every nail tech and have been pleased. Ive also received the absolute best pedicures here. I highly recommend this nail salon.
