Very unprofessional. If you confirm an appointment I made with you and I ask you a question referring to hair, don’t get mad sweetheart. I ruffled her feathers by asking about her unclear services but she caught an attitude and thought I would be bothered by her cancelling my appointment. Thank God for plan B. Everyone is not meant to be a so called business owner. Keep trying.
