I went on a Friday evening to get a French manicure and French pedicure. The nails were rough on the surface after the tech finished the French manicure and by Monday, most the polish was off most my fingernails and one of my toe nails. I did not have the time to go in on Monday, but Tuesday after work I went in to complain. I asked to speak with the owner or manager. Both the manager and the tech who did my nails came out to speak with me. She said that there is no guarantee as to how long the polish stayed on. And that regardless of where I went the result would be the same. I told her that the statement she made was not accurate and for the price I paid, I expected better results as I have had in other nail salons. I used to frequent this salon up until the flood happened. This was my first time back since and I was very disappointed. The woman that did my pedicure made my toes bleed, the nails are filed crooked and the amount of gel layers she put on makes them look even worse. By the end of the pedicure I almost just walked out but decided to get my nails done too. The other tech who did this could not be bothered. He rushed through the entire process, was constantly checking his phone, some nails are too long and others too short, and the gel is so thin I know it’ll chip within the next 24-48 hours. By the end I was really annoyed that I was hoping for a relaxing experience but in the end I know I’ll have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I have loved this place for years until yesterday. The man we not gentle or nice. He made sure the nail tech beside us immediately moved a young little girl who just finished her pedicure on her moms lap. He did not want her that close to him. My pedicure is awful. He used his dirty long nails to remove excess material from my toes. Then he went out smoked and came back. I had to cover my mouth and nose. It was so impersonal. Rude. The women have always been great here. This was hard to write. I would go here but not use him. I’m sorry.

Left there disappoint today after many years of going here (with a short break). This older guy who did my nails was making jokes in their language and cackling the entire time. This hadn’t per se bothered me prior if they’re joking around for a short while. But today was over the top and it made ne feel uncomfortable. I read the reviews during the service and it appears their customer care and quality of work has gone down hill anyway. I paid $56 plus tip for a gel pedi with a dusting of chrome powder. I shouldn’t have left a tip.. the pedi doesn’t even look good. #disappointed I won’t be back.

I've been here 3 times now. Pretty good salon and was always happy with my nails. I don't have any complaints except for once a male tech nicked my skin with the drill, he was apologetic but no discount. Both of the lady techs I've seen were nice and felt comfortable to be around though. Decent prices.
