Tan Nails and Spa

Ambiance is ok very calm and relaxing. Came in to get a reg mani. Just cause i had recently took off my acrylics so they looked rough and needed them filed. So just look at the pictures andbyou be the judge of that. Didnt pay much but ive lost trust. 1st and last time with me. Cause ik the lady knows she did a terrible job. Atp i couldve done a better job at home for free .99

I went to this place for a fill-in. I had just got my nails done a week ago. They were too long. I just wanted them short nails with a French tip. I was charged $58 for a fill-in. Mind you my nails were long and I had designs on them and I went to another place and they charged me 65. I feel like this place overcharges: make sure you ask them before getting anything done. I feel like I should’ve done that and maybe I wouldn’t of gotten a fill-in there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, I will NEVER go here again. Black women listen to me AVOID THIS PLACE. They want our money but not treat us with respect. We need to start going where we are respected and appreciated. My second time coming here, I thought I found a good place. I was dead wrong, nail tech Sandy is the worst. She is the educator not me, she is the nail tech NOT ME. I went in for a French Gold set. I showed Sandy a picture, she did my pinky. I didn’t like it, she proceeded to fix it. Finally got to an agreement of what I wanted. Well I thought we did, went to sit down for my pedicure. Looked at my nails HORRIBLE job under a different light. I asked for them to be fix. Sandy proceeded to tell me, you needed a new set for the picture you showed me.

I started coming here to get my sns mani/pedi but I took a break because my real nails would always break. So I started going to another shop which I haven't had any problems with. I came back to this shop last Thursday because it was close to where I was shopping. The lady who did my nails made them LOOK nice, but everytime she would do my nails in the past they would break a couple days later. Same thing happened this past Thursday. My nails looked great but they broke a couple days later and they're very thin. Now I have to pay more to get a new set of sns nails. I really use to love coming here but I'll stay at the other place I found.
