Alexis who was working explained everything to me over the phone (as I am only in Ohio visiting for a couple days so have never been to tan pro) and when I went in she was just as sweet and informative. They are lucky to have her. She was working alone swamped and still gave every guest personal attention to make sure they had the best experience. Would definitely recommend this place !
