Tan Republic Springfield - Olympic

This location can get pretty busy at times and its a smaller location. The staff handles themselves professionally and graciously, even when there is a line of people. And they hustle to get the services provided quickly. No exception to this, even when new gal Dani was there on her own, experiencing a rush. She was still getting the hang of it all but she maintained composurer, and kept things moving. Be paitent and appreciative of the hard working staff at Tan Republic :) My only complaint, is we want UPGRADE DAy BACK :)

Amanda is the best, she greets you with a big smile and the best energy. She has great conversation and knowledge. I always hope to see her when I come in!🤗

Love this place. The girls at the front counter are always so sweet. Have been going there over 2 years and have never been disappointed.

Lindsey is absolutely amazing! She is the reason that I signed up for a membership. Her friendliness and positive attitude are contagious! I was new to town was looking at all the competitors, doing my research, and she was my reason for choosing Tan Republic. The beds are always clean and so far I've never had to wait (but I also don't come at 5pm;)). I would definitely recommend this location.

I usually tan in Eugene, I’ve been to this location three times now, two times I’ve had this girl there, I don’t know her name, but she doesn’t smile or really look you in the eye, just says what do you want to do? Not at All the normal sweet kind customer care vibe that has Always been my experience at any Tan Republic I’ve been to. When I asked her if she was ok, she said that’s just the way she is. How hard is it to fake a smile and a vibe of customer concern for Literally a Few Seconds?? If that’s ‘just the way’ someone is, Then they should work in a basement somewhere. No this wasn’t the worst thing in the world, but tanning is self care and nobody wants to walk through someone’s weird vibe to do something that’s supposed to feel good. Especially when you’re used to the smiling face
