Tanglewood Nails

Listen Im not much to leave bad reviews but this needs to be addressed. My grandma had the most awful and embarrassed experience in this place. The nail technician was so unprofessional. My grandma needed to use the bathroom urgently and voiced this to the technician several times and she proceeded to ignore her every single time to the point that my grandma had an accident. And once she managed to get to their bathroom there wasn't any toilet paper for her to use. This was so unprofessional and if I could leave a zero stars I would. No human being deserves to be treated in such a deaming way. No one apologized to hear. The nail technician excused her actions by saying she had a headache. My grandma is a tolerable woman and this place is lucky I wasn't there to defend her. This is unaccept

I had a pedicure (with the scrub!) and shellac manicure. It lasted me over 6 weeks with minimal peeling thanks to Alva. I highly recommend this spot if you’re in the Tanglewood area.

I moved to the villages about two years ago and had a hard time finding a nail salon I liked. I’m so glad I found Tanglewood nails about 8 months ago! I’ve been coming regularly and always see Khaly for dip powder nails and the shape is always perfect. She is so sweet and an excellent nail technician! They have great pricing.

I would definitely not recommend to anyone. My acrylic nails were terrible, and the lady that did them was not friendly at all. I did not feel comfortable at all while being in this salon. The entire time the lady was doing my nails, I kept telling her that it doesn’t look good and she didn’t see any issues, but they were terrible, and she even cut the side of skin while she was not being gentle with my nails. My nails came out very bulky and uneven and when I sat down to do my pedicure, the lady that did my nails came to me to pay right away. I told her that I will pay once my complete service was completed, and I told her again I didn’t like my nails. While I was getting my pedicure done, the lady end up giving me a option to remove the nails and she took off the nails very aggressively.

Very professional and clean! I highly recommend Kelly for pedicure! I did a mani pedi & they did amazing. You get a massage on legs and arms. Great prices as well!
