I went in needing a fresh color block for my wedding. Seen Chloe Pandolfi and she did her thang! Friendly and carries on a great conversation! She is very professional and takes what she does seriously! I recommend her 10/10

I hate to ever leave a negative review, but I feel it is warranted after my experience. I'll start with the pros: the salon is clean and cute, and it was easy to get an appointment. I enjoyed the shampoo I got on my first visit. Everything about my actual cut was wildly disappointing. I asked for "a textured, angled bob with whispy bangs" which has for ten years gotten me the haircut I like no matter the stylist. I brought pictures of what i wanted and described it as I always have. I had a weird shape at the bottom of my first cut, which I asked my stylist to address, and she sortof snipped at it but didn't seem to know what I meant. I left because I could tell that me explaining wasn't getting us anywhere. A few days later, it is still bothering me with how odd it looked, so I asked if

Sarah was my hair stylist and she was the most vibrant person I have ever met! Such good conversation and so good with my hair! I was there for four hours but not once did she complain or lose her smile and it felt like such a shirt time! She was great and the hair was so cute after! Love this place!

I had a wonderful experience with Holland! First of all, she was so sweet and easy to talk to. She made it feel like we'd been friends instead of just a customer. Secondly, she completely transformed my hair. She accomplished exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations entirely. I feel like a new person. Holland has a customer for life! 10/10
