The massage was okay, but the price was high & the chair very uncomfortable. The guy was very pushy & tried to get me to get an hour instead of what I’d asked for. Then when checking out I said a $10 tip & he asked for $20 twice & I told him no, only $10 then he charged me $20 anyway! Just so you know - I am local & although I could come back, I certainly won’t!

While the massage itself was decent, I wish I had read the reviews before coming here, this experience was overall terrible. Having had several massages in my life in multiple states and countries, I have never felt so disrespected. After coming in asking for a 30 minute massage, they continuously tried to bully me into getting an 80 minute massage that I had to explain more than once that I did not want. They switched massage therapists at least twice throughout the visit. When I went to pay, they increased the price that they charged me for no apparent reason and tried to force me into paying with cash when it clearly says they take cards. Listen, I don't normally give such bad reviews, BUT....This was THE WORST massage experience I have ever had. I went in knowing it wouldn't be the best, because these chain places usually aren't, but I thought it would at least be relaxing. Not even close. I asked for the 40min combo head/shoulder & feet, by pointing to it on the sign, there should be no confusion, but there was. Then the guy started the massage while he was talking on the phone, LOUDLY. Then another guy came in to do my feet at the same time, and the first guy, who had no clue about proper massage techniques, did nothing but talk while rubbing my neck & shoulders. Very badly. And lastly, they were only taking cash because the card machine was down, and I literally had the exact cash amount in my wallet to pay for the mass

Be warned - they do not honor what the customer requests and use bully tactics to increase price. I asked for a 20-minute chair massage. Four minutes into the massage, the woman moved to my arms and some dude started on my back. It was weird but being in the moment, I didn’t question what was happening. They tried to tell me three times that I had to stay for 30 minutes. They then told me they had to rub my feet for 20 minutes. All I wanted and asked for was a 20 minute massage. When I went to OG, the price was double because I had two therapists. I did not request that. I did not agree to that. Beware of their scams!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was ushered in today the boss and told him that me and my husband wanted 20 min each for $28 he offered us one hour for $75 each. The massage wasn’t the greatest the woman was very rough with me. After finishing I seen her type in $78 each for me and my husband (not the price told to us) but I didn’t complain since it was $6. I had to go to the ATM since they didn’t take card. And she handed me my $4 back. After I was about to turn around and leave she waved for my attention and kept saying TIP TIP TIP with an irritated look on her face. I tried to give her my change since she already charged me $6 upcharge.
