I needed a new barber in the area and found Sami based on his 5-star rating. I’m very particular in the way I like my haircut. Being my first visit, Sami asked me questions to figure out exactly what I wanted, and delivered perfectly! The cut came out great and just how I wanted it. He’s a cool dude too, and his shop was very clean and modern. I’ll definitely be going back for future haircuts. 5/5 recommend.

Taper Bay is hands down one of the best barbershops in the area! The shop has a clean, chill vibe, and everyone there makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Sam is incredibly talented — his attention to detail is on another level. He really listens to what you want, gives great suggestions, and always makes sure you leave looking your best. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in every cut and fade. On top of being skilled, Sam is genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. The whole experience feels more like catching up with a good friend than just getting a haircut. First of all, Sami is the GOAT. I went to Taper Bay because my hair was looking like an absolute birds nest. I walked into the nicest barber shop I’ve ever been in my whole life. It’s kept clean and well maintained and the vibes are immaculate. When I sat down, Sami asked me questions on how I wanted my hair to look and started cutting. I felt like James Harden in his prime. I could have left the shop and averaged 40 when I got out of the chair. He offered to do my facial hair and gave me a complimentary hot towel after. The price is completely reasonable for the service he provides. I recommend Sami as he is a great person and an even better barber. I recommend 10/10, The best barber in the Tampa Bay Area.
