I had such a great experience with Victoria! She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and I left loving my haircut! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients being happy with their hair. I had never gotten my hair professionally done before, so I was feeling a bit nervous and unsure of what to expect. Even before going into the salon Victoria was very diligent and really took the time to discuss what I wanted and how we could achieve it. TERRIBLE terrible salon. Do not go here. Went in for a haircut and asked for 3 inches cut off and the woman cut off 9 inches instead and decided to make jokes about it on social media!! Please do not go here unless you want an unprofessional experience.
