When I moved from the UK to Astoria a couple of years back a hair stylist was in my top 5 things to secure! And I found the best! Sandi and Nicole are both wonderful, I always get perfect results, and the ladies always go above and beyond, not only is it a hair appointment it feels like a catch up with friends every time I am there. I've since moved over to Jersey and will still always take the drive over to Astoria. See you again soon ladies!!

I was initially thrilled with my Brazilian blowout and the stylist who did it. However, the treatment completely failed after only 3 weeks when it should have lasted 3-4 months. When I requested a refund, I was told the only option was a redo. I agreed and we began coordinating schedules—which was challenging due to my work schedule, the commute from NYC to Astoria, and the holiday rush. After a while of back-and-forth, when I finally confirmed a date in early January, I was suddenly told they only offer redos within one month of the original treatment. This policy was never mentioned before, despite the stylist explicitly saying “we will stand by our word to redo it.” They essentially went back on their word once it became convenient for them. Sandy and her assistant were absolutely fabulous! I've had really bad experiences with hair salons and I appreciate Sandy listening and giving me the hair I exactly wanted. She's very professional and definitely knows what she's doing! 10/10 experience - I will be coming back every time! Thank you!

I always get a good haircut from sandi her prices are unbeatable for the area and nicole is awesome also!
