I had such a great experience at this nail salon and will definitely be coming back. I came in with a broken nail that I was really worried couldn’t be fixed properly, but they did an absolutely perfect job. The nail was repaired so well that you can’t even tell it was ever broken — it looks flawless and feels strong and secure. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took their time, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their work and their customers. The salon itself was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. My feedback is consistent with the other Yelp reviewer. When I went, there was only 1 technician, and she was not experienced at all. I had a standard gel removal + gel color manicure done. During the removal, she didn't do any soak off and just did drill removal - which resulted drilling off perfectly intact skin and bleeding on 4 of my fingers. I unfortunately had only noticed the bleeding after I rushed out (it took a total of 2 hours - 1 hr for removal, 1 hr for just gel color... which I had not anticipated, given that this was for simple removal and color). Also, the gel paint was completely cured onto my skin (both on the sides and underneath the nails). I had to ask her to clean that up as I already saw lifting when she tried to apply the top coat.
