Tempe Nails and Wax

I had my nails done with dip powder a week ago before going on vacation, and now all of them are coming off, they were also very uncomfortable from the start. When I returned after just one week to show the nail technician, one of my nails was broken, and the rest were loose. She asked me to wait for an hour and a half, and in the end, she told me that she didn’t remember doing my nails a week ago. She said that if I wanted them redone, she could give me only $5 off. I explained that I can’t afford to spend $120 in one month on my nails. The owner then told me they couldn’t fix them and that there’s no guarantee for how long the nails will last after application. They wasted my time and money, and I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

First time here and my nail tech had issues with my request of a cat eye french tip and explained several times what it was. To my surprise she was half blind and hoped it wasn't an issue. Well, it was bad and I ended up getting nicked on my cuticle with air bubbles in the polish as well. I went back in to get it fixed. Never coming back.

Great service, clean, attention to detail. Never have I been somewhere local where I leave and my nails aren’t sticking to my fingers from a dip manicure. Lynn is always following up on all my trips (so friendly), and she is a great manicurist. I have struggled to find a consistently good place in Tempe, with nails breaking/flaking or bad service. In a nail world with disappearing hand massages you should be running not walking to get yours at Tempe Nail and Wax! Also, fixing a toe nail during a pedicure was a first for me — impressed!

Lucy did my nails and did a wonderful job. She gave me advice, was kind, and my nails look amazing. The salon is clean and organized and a great environment. I highly recommend Tempe Nails and Wax, and Lucy!

I came in Monday evening for a full set and pedicure. The guy that was supposed to be doing my full set said the front desk lady said fill only. I said fine and they did the fill and pedicure at the same time. The pedicure came out fine.. however the fill was absolute garbage. See photo: this is the last time I’d ever go to this nail salon.
