This is my 2nd review and its another 5 star ! I came here a year ago for a correction from another place , my hair was fried from over processing with a bad growing out hair cut. Ava not only made my damaged hair look healthy again , she IS a Master colorist ! She has that born talent , she's young and will only get better . My severe over blondeing was made natural looking again with precisely placed low lights ; I didn't get my hair trimmed until many months later and was nervous but again Ava showed her talent and trimmed it perfect . Just 2 days ago I had her give me a real hair cut and wow , Ava really looks at the individual face shape and gave me the best haircut since my bad one which was over a year ago . SO DISAPPOINTED! I was so excited by the reviews that I read about this place, but my experience wasn't at all what I expected. It was the day before I would celebrate my wedding anniversary. I asked for a short Bob and to shape it. Ava was my stylist. She was done in 15 minutes where she cut a crooked line below my hair line. Then took the thinning shears and went to town. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to let my hair grow. I left with her stating "I gave you a shag cut. Not what I asked for. When I went home to shower and style my hair, it was a horrible mess. I had to go and pay for a real haircut with a stylist and owner who absolutely gave me the most beautiful haircut and style knowing what she was doing. (BWT, I had to off most of my hair). I have been going to to this salon for years. Terri and the staff are great. I highly recommend going . The prices are great and the service is fantastic.
