Texture Salon & Spa

Textures is a great salon. It doesn't feel clinical at all. The waiting area has a nice comfy couch to sit on. There are magazines to read and complimentary coffee and some kind of pastry to have while waiting. They have free internet, a place to get manicures, and the staff are very good at cutting your hair the way you want. --- Update 3/22 post covid - The salon is better than ever. All the creature comforts are back! Update 6/4/22 Salon 85% open. The salon side is closed for now.

I have been going go Texture for about 7 years now. I go every 2 weeks for my nails and every few months for my haircuts. The salon is very nice and everyone has always been really nice. I am always pleased with my service.

I have been coming to Textures salon for over 10 years. I always leave happy—and what I really like best is that my hair cuts make me look good and are easy-care. While in the salon I observe the stylists and other clients. What I’ve noticed: Textures is truly a professional establishment where stylists demonstrate the highest level of customer service—one client at a time.

I went in to have my roots done and the color vanished within a week. I've never had my hair color do this before. I've called the shop twice trying to get the manager and she won't call me back. If you don't serve your customers and make good when they pay $70 for a service, you're going to get bad reviews.
