I came here today after seeing the $180 special on TikTok. I was told to come in at 9 AM. Get there, the entire store is locked and it’s dark in there. I texted the number on there tiktok…NO RESPONSE. Come to find out the store/shop doesn’t open until 9:30 AM. So I’m not sure why the person I was texting told me to come in at 9. The workers didn’t start rolling in until 9:40ish. The braider didn’t get started on my hair until 10:20. Overall I think the braider was fast, shop was clean, everyone was nice, the braider kept checking in throughout the appointment. I’m satisfied with the finished product. However, it’s unacceptable to schedule a client when the store/shop isn’t even open. I had to wait an additional hour and 20 minutes AFTER my “scheduled appointment.” No one apologized and t

Edit to follow the lack of accountability. I discussed what I wanted and the stylist did HER INTERPRETATION. I asked for boho knotless, the TikTok added restrictions after I arrived within comments which are timestamped AFTER my arrival and I have the TikTok downloaded to show all different boho sizes and lengths included in the promo. Next time be honest with you clients to avoid negative reviews. Additionally, if it were a "standard rate" posted somewhere, how did we go from $340 to $220? How did the other ladies with knotless braids get there ends braided down with no request? Horrible business, horrible customer service, and thieving business practices. Buyer beware! Took my daughter twice for the same style. First with pink and purple hair second with red and black. They did a good job and stayed late to finished. We're very helpful and catering with my tender headed daughter. The first time she cried cause her hair was in such a nappy mess it took an hour and 3 ladies to detangle it and they were very patient with her. My daughter did say the woman who did it the second time (in the picture taking the first braids out to put me one in) was a bit rougher on her hair. It was about $200 for a 5 hour hair job. Plus the tips I have to all who helped out. And it was worth it.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel the need to share my recent experience at this braid salon. I made my appointment a week in advance and even sent a photo of the style I wanted. The owner confirmed the style and gave me a price ahead of time, which I appreciated. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but the salon didn’t open until 9:10. I was understanding—things happen—but it didn’t stop there. I was told there were seven stylists, but only about three showed up around 9:30 and immediately started working on other clients. I had a wonderful experience! What I was quoted over the phone was exactly what I paid—no surprises, which I really appreciated. My stylist was absolutely amazing and brought my vision to life perfectly. I'm beyond happy with the results! I’ll be sharing photos of what I asked for vs. what I received—spot on! 😊 Highly recommend!
