My hair is ugly. I asked for medium knotless, the parts are huge which looks like I only have 10 braids in my hair. Then the lady had the nerve to blunt cut the bra strap length braids! Who does that? And the cut is choppy! She used so much gel, my braids (now completely dry) are white, just 3 hours later. Loved the idea of walk in service, but not sure I will return. When I mentioned to the lady, next time smaller parts, she got smart and said I should have booked Smedium braids. The parts for these “medium” braids look jumbo size. Sooo now she won’t get a next chance to play in my head.

These are the dopest ladies on the planet. Professional, fast-moving, young and fresh. There's no bad one in the bunch. Great music too. I absolutely love going. So many compliments when Destiny (owner) does my hair. I ain't goin nowhere else!

First experience at this cozy salon. Jaila was my daughter's stylist and she was excellent! On time (hell, WE were late!), pleasantly professional and soft-spoken: she calmed my daughter and made her first salon experience an excellent one. ****Here we are: a year later and now Jaila is both of our stylist! Still exemplary work, professional and creative

Appointment was at 11:30 got there 11:15 stylus was not there when she got out there should wash my hair condition put me on the dryer for about 30 minutes while she twists in someone else's hair then she finally takes me out rinse my hair blow dry my hair leave me sitting there while she's retwisting someone else's hair then she said I'm all yours she started on my hair I told her why I want it I showed up pictures of it and she didn't even get halfway through my head when she started retwisting someone else's hair and this was about 3:00 I got really upset and I told her I've already been there too long I don't have all day so she came back finished my hair she couldn't get it cut right it was nothing like what I asked for this was the worst hair experience that I've had

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment here at this shop today. The girl came to the front looking at me like I'm crazy instead of her saying how are you doing today? Who's supposed to do your hair? She told me the girl will be out in a minute. I set there from 1012 to 1040 and I just walked out the worst service I ever receive. We gotta do better
