Best hidden gem ! I follow them from their previous location. They color work is impeccable! Love how they style my hair every time!

I give it 1 star because I can’t give zero stars.I asked for a perm and At first I liked how they were doing but then when they had to put the things on my hair the lady didn’t seem like she knew how to do it, they had me there waiting for 2 hours and when they finished my hair looked worse it wasn’t even curly at all I had to get a buzz. Never coming again worst basbershop in all buffalo.

I love this salon!! I've been going for a couple years (they were previously located on Niagara St) after asking a stranger where she'd had her hair done! I was impressed by how straight and glossy it was, and she raved about Thaw Thaw! I booked an appointment and they exceeded my expectations! Everyone needs to experience their Signature Shampoo!! You get a 1 hour washing experience that feels like an amazing luxury! My hair feels super clean, the relaxing scalp massage will leave you feeling like you just had a spa day and my blow outs last all week!! Highly recommend!

I liked their work 1st but after doing parmanent hair straight two days later my hair damage, like it doesn't look straight no more, and no glossy too. Waste of money. Never will go again.
