The Art of Hair

Mike is a consummate professional with a wonderful sense of humor. I began visiting Art of Hair in early 2024 and trusted Mike to match my current color and give me a shorter hair cut, since at 75 I wanted a style that had easier upkeep. He did both. In fact, I feel my color is better than before. I just requested a slightly shorter style, and I'm extremely pleased with it.

Mike is the hairstylist you’ve always wanted. Instead of dictating what he will do with your hair, he engages you with questions to understand how YOU feel and what YOUR preferences are. He provides thorough explanations and ensures that everything is agreed upon before starting the color or haircut. Love love love Mike! Did some google searches several years ago because my hair needed help. He successfully color corrected and did a wonderful hair cut and I have been going to him ever since. He takes the time to discuss what it is you want and is honest about if its a good idea, if it will work with your hair and if the color works with your complexion, etc. Super knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Mike is outstanding! Not all stylist know how to cut short hair I have never been more pleased with anyone more than Mike cutting and coloring my hair. 5 stars goes out to you Mike. Awesome music too
