I'm really not the type to leave reviews on places when I don't enjoy the experience, and I promise I am not trying to be rude to any of the staff but I was not happy walking out of that salon. I asked for a shorter haircut that would still touch my neck, especially the closest part to my head and curtain bangs. The lady who did my hair gave me an undercut, the opposite of what I asked for and cut it way shorter than the photo I gave her and explanation. While the lady was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable to talk to, this is one of my least favorite haircuts I've ever received. I feel like she did not do at all of what I asked her and I would've really been better off doing it myself... I'm extremely sorry that this comment has such rude undertones, I'm really not meaning to be;

Best salon around hands down! Friendly and very skilled staff, I had Kelly and she is amazing. I was very nervous due to other bad salon experiences and she made feel great the whole time. She is an amazing stylist! 5 stars doesn't due the credit they deserve. If you really care about your hair this is the place to go!!!

Whether I have a plan or not, I'm always happy with the outcome! I usually see Kelly but all their stylists are great! They listen and if your request isn't possible they communicate with you. They won't just cut more because your ends are dead. They will tell you they recommend more and why then you can decide. Just amazing!

I LOVE Salon Pizazz!!! Kelly always does an amazing job even when I have no clue what I want. Although I have been going to Kelly for years, I would trust any of the girls in the salon to make me look amazing. They are truly artists.
