Ron Tucker is not only a great barber, but he’s also interesting and holds a fascinating, entertaining and brilliant conversation. This quaint barbershop is located between two excellent cafés. Stop in for a cut and shave or to enjoy a great conversation.
To get a man's haircut (instead of a beauty shops, idea of what it should look like.) Great conversation with a fellow U.S. Navy veteran. Planning to make the trip back to Sierra Valley from Reno soon. Neal H. Cobb
There is no where else I'd rather get my hair cut! Ron is a cut above and the atmosphere is amazing. If you need a cut, or just great conversation ... this is the place to be. It's well worth veering off your path to visit The Barber of Sierraville.

Great haircut, hospitality and conversation. Ron has created something very special and very rare in this day and age. You’d be lucky to find yourself in one of Ron’s 1920’s barber chairs.
