The Barber’s Den

From western Canada but was in Philly for a few days and needed a haircut. Happened upon The Barber’s Den and was fortunate to be able to get in without an appointment. Not only was the haircut great, the experience/conversation was outstanding. Told my wife/kids I’m going to fly to Philly for haircuts now.

Go here for your next haircut. I booked an appointment online before I went and there was plenty of availability. The shop is in a beautiful area just east of Head House Square. Inside it is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Michael was at the desk and greeted me right away. After getting seated and asking for a fade, he got right to work. We started chatting and I learned that Michael has lived all over the world and recently moved to Philly from NYC. He owned a shop with his dad in Manhattan and you can tell he has a love for his craft. This was only his third week at the shop, but I hope he's there as long as I am in Philly.

Really bad fade. Did t blend the top or texture the areas I specified. I should’ve said something, but just didnt wanna be rude. No where near worth the money.

Nate provided an excellent customer service experience and gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. I’ve already recommended many of my family and friends to book an appointment with him. The staff was also very friendly, and the barbershop is located in a convenient location of the city. 5/5 ⭐️
