The Barbers (NW 23rd)

March 4th 2026 11:40 AM. HORRIBLE experience with a long curly-haired guy with no name apparently. He didn't introduce himself. He started ripping a comb through a tangle in my hair and when I said "that hurts!" HE DID IT AGAIN. I walked out.

Maeve is always meticulous, they pay special attention to all my nitpicky requests and always get it right. I'm so glad they moved back to the NW location, I will definitely be coming back to them for all future haircuts!

Maeve did an impeccable job and the relaxed vibe of the shop is great. 5 stars for this killer stylist!

Loved the lady who did the girls hair. Was little frustrated when I called ahead to ask the questions particularly it being a barber if they did little girls haircuts. I was told yes but when I arrived I was told by the same guy that it wasn't possible for him to cut her hair in a acne because no washing if the hair and mo brushes are used. THROUGH ME OFF A LITTLE. a haircut establishment who doesn't carry it use those main tools? Needless to say I had the lady just cut off my daughters hair to fit within the shops guidelines i guess . Frustrated with asking questions and getting two separate answers by the same guy within a 30 minute time. Very wierd.

Can't schedule an appointment online. I called and was told I can't schedule an appointment. Then mid question the person hung up on me. I've gone here for a number of cuts. Mike was great. After my last conversation and in ability to schedule for a future day. I'm done. So disrespectful.
