The Barbershop A Hair Salon For Men

We need to speak to someone about the conduct & terribly poor quality haircut my son was given this afternoon. We specifically called various saloons, yet chose this saloon, not only because of their push for being a male-focused hair dresser, but our military family familiarity with the company being nation wide. The woman we worked with, “Nichole”, answered the phone, made the appointment and cut my son’s hair today. Not only was she overly confident to the point of being arrogant, but interrupted us at various points with a know-it-all attitude. We intentionally showed her a video and carefully described the type of cut my son wanted. I deeply regret not taking my son out of the chair and leaving the saloon when she said “what, what does that even mean?!”, when I used common terms us

Nicole does a great job, and gets you out quickly. I left a local salon due unavailability, so I thought I'd try here. I've gotten more compliments on my last 2 haircuts here, than in a year from the salon.
