The Beautiful Rose Spa Lounge

I moved to Batesville in January and I haven't had my nails done much since, due to not being able to find a great salon! Shaquito Hoskins is absolutely phenomenal! Her nail work is amazing, and she is super friendly and lively! The salon was so very clean and nice! ✨ She uses Style Seat for bookings, super user friendly and they send notifications about the appointment so I highly suggest downloading the app! I received a gel manicure at $40 which is a normal price for this service in this area! ❤️

She's very unprofessional, I've asked about a appointment 3 times!! DIDN'T get scheduled, she didnt even respond back, her customer service sucks. She reads your messages and doesn't respond, I bet if you were her friend or cousin you got.the spot tho. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I really hate to leave this type of review, but it is unfortunate. I previously received services from Shaquito, as she silk-pressed my hair. She did a wonderful job so I decided to book another appointment. She made an appointment for me and I was excited. I arrived the day of my appointment, I waited in the parking lot for ~30 minutes before I decided to text and call. I did both and did not receive a response so I drove home. ~three hours after my scheduled appointment I received a text informing me that she did not know how the 'system' scheduled me an appointment on a Sunday. I was confused, as she made the appointment for me and I received an email confirming that appointment. Oh My!! I had the best Pedicure, and this will definitely be my go to place from now on. If you haven't went by and tried it out you should.
