Ms. Jaklin is awesome! Professional , always taking calls and booking appointments! She gave me a next day appointment, charged what was quoted by phone! She is very gentle and quick! Parts are perfect and gave me the exact cornrows I ask for if not better. My braid came out nice neat comfortably tight and extra soft! I am so satisfied I booked my next appointment before leaving and before I could sit it the car my phone notified me of my next appointment!! VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY SHE DOES HER WORK!!

First time ever going here. I was told $150 plus $15 for a wash. Somehow I ended up paying $225 for nothing at all what I wanted or what was discussed over the phone. They wanted to charge me $275 before even touching my head! I told her “No, I have $200.” She then said $225. I agreed, reluctantly. (Negotiating Prices?) I wanted medium size knotless braids just near my shoulders. They gave me small braids, mid-back length. Other than wanting the extra money, I feel as though they expect everyone to want the same thing. I looked like everyone else getting their hair done there. I also feel as though they should use more weave when braiding, heat protectant while blow-drying, and better with parting. I usually tip also. That extra $60 was my tip! Definitely feel taken advantage of but lesson

Google reviews of this place had me slightly concerned as to the pricing/professionalism. Upon reaching out to book an appointment however, my worries were assuaged. Not only is Jaklin and her crew kind, upfront, and professional, her salon is clean and well-kept. My hair was beautifully done in record time and at the price clearly stated when we spoke. I was given great advice on maintenance and upkeep as well. I will be returning here for as long as they're open!

Great service. I called ahead to see if they were available and they were able to get me in right away. Beautician was detailed and friendly.

Website lists price at $150. I requested short knotless boho braids. I have been here before. They do excellent work, but are never there when you show up for your appt. Once I get there, then they call the stylist to come. Then the owner, Jacklin, will apologize on the phone. I expected that, but I did not expect the stylist to wait until she put in 7 braids to tell me that she was charging $250! I showed her the website price and asked why my requested style was a full $100 more. She belligerently refused to take $200. Once I packed up, she said she would do it for $200. Now why would I want an unhappy braider on my tender scalp? So, I left. If you go here, get the details straight before your braider begins. Never coming back.
